Workers Leaving a Factory (1900)
An unidentified factory is the setting for some lively Victorian characters.
Overview
Alas, there are no clues to identify the location of this film - no street signs, no hoarding. Instead, to entertain us, we have a basket-carrying boy with a large gobstopper in his mouth, a real character who is prompted to act up for the camera and delivers what seems to be an impersonation of some unknown character, plus two women who peer into the camera as if in a Monty Python sketch.
