A week before Christmas the Iles family's wordly goods are conveyed from Heathwood Road, Cardiff, to Trebettyn farm, Llansannor, Cowbridge, by William Flay & Sons Ltd, Removers. This venture into the good life lasted 7 years, until the marriage of the Iles' eldest daughter to a nearby farmer. The family then moved elsewhere in Cowbridge. R G Iles was a founder and Hon. Cinematographer of the South Wales and Monmouthshire Agricultural and Horse Shows Association.
