Overview

A bemused John Swallow visits the Reverend Andrew Dow at St Paul's church in Leamington Spa to find out about his unusual talent: imitating steam locos. He claims that railways have a deep significance for life, and perhaps they have but he has a strange way of demonstrating it as his sermons are peppered with sounds from the days of steam. An imaginary motorcycle ride appears to be one whimsy too far for Swallow.
