The Pinner Cine Society takes a look at the work of Northwood's medical and welfare services that aim to help disabled people, in particular those with arthritis. This accomplished amateur film explores design, as well as drawing attention to how everyday objects are seldom designed with disabled people in mind. Highlighting such things as kerbs, heavily sprung doors and steps.

The film was shot at Mount Vernon Hospital and Ingo Simon House in Northwood, North West London.
