Overview
This colourful film record of Horley's Coronation celebrations features a variety of fun and games for children and adults alike. Starting in Horley High Street the film moves to the fete itself where the 'New Elizabethans' are seen enjoying sideshows like Tombola, Smack-the-Rat and the tea tent, as well as a Soapbox Derby and a number of cycle races. After a Baby contest, dancers are seen requesting songs from an ersatz 'Jukebox'.
