Overview

Former Sadlers Wells ballerina Elizabeth Twistington Higgins, runs her own dance troupe and has become a successful painter by mouth, despite being almost totally paralysed from the neck down after falling ill with respiratory polio. Elizabeth, known informally as “Twissy”, produces beautiful paintings of ballet scenes that are exhibited all over the world. Anglia TV visit her at home, as very recently she has published an autobiography titled "Still Life".
