Overview
The Topical Budget team enjoyed visiting dog shows, secure in the knowledge the British fondness for pets would get them satisfying results. This show – most probably held at White City – features several fine specimens such as the pair of pampered Pekingese, but the film is stolen by a tiny puppy – captioned “the smallest dog in the world” – who cavorts playfully in his small cage.
