Cricket at Herne Hill and Kent Tour 1932
Herne Hill Cricket Club enjoys a hectic month of matches and socialising in this marvellous film record of their 1932 tour of Kent

Overview
A E Ford's remarkable film shows Herne Hill Cricket Club playing various Kentish teams across the county as well as giving the scores. We begin with a match at Folkestone before moving on to Rye. Amid the flannels, stripey blazers and jollity we see some players in close-up. Matches at Dover and Chatham House are followed by a game against the Lincolnshire Regiment. This is followed by another match at Dover with more smiles on the clubhouse verandah. A group shot ends the film.
