Overview

Nitrates found in the natural water supply of the Shropshire town of Cleobury Mortimer has led to it being switched to mains water that is piped over from Birmingham. The locals say it smells and is dull and brown! The most pressing problem though, as reporter Richard Hudson-Evans finds out, is a predictable one: British people don't drink water, they drink tea, and if the taste of that changes there's going to be trouble.
