Overview
Come 'backstage' with Frank Sidebottom at the 1991 'Cities in the Park' festival in Manchester's Heaton Park, held in memory of Factory Records producer Martin Hannett. Featuring the Bard of Salford, John Cooper-Clarke, music impresario Tony Wilson, New Order's Peter Hook, and the Buzzcocks, this is a typically odd film from Timperley's most famous - but strangest - resident.
