Overview
Somewhat hampered by its primitive shooting technique this non-professionally produced education film shows a Leicester that by the early 1970s was embracing new and vibrant cultures. From the Hindu worship and cultural activities depicted in the film to the new food stores that were springing up across the city we see a modern and forward looking city.
