Overview

Weathermen not walking or talking but causing grevious bodily harm to each other as they each strive to control the weather in this animation drawn on copy typing paper. Ian Malcolm who created these characters, illustrating a story by G Buckley, was a stalwart member of Cardiff Amateur Cine Club. He referred to this method of animation as “a cheap and cheerful way to get going”.
